One recent addition to our menu is campechana...a "Mexican seafood cocktail." This dish consists of fresh seafood cooked with heat (unlike ceviche, where the seafood is marinated in acid) and served with a variety of accompaniments. This dish originates in Campeche, and is enjoyed all over the coastal regions of Mexico. Come try ours, served with spicy tomato-chile sauce, serrano chiles, green onion, avocado and our house made chicharrones. It's spicy and fresh, and tastes like summer!!
